Ingredients
1 whole chicken, cut3 pieces of chicken Stock
2 tablespoons lemon water
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp oil for sauteing
1 pcs red tomatoes, cut into pieces
6 pcs green tomatoes, cut into pieces
3 stalks Spring onion, sliced
1 sheet of pandan leaves, torn to pieces, tie
25 g basil leaves
Spices:
75 grams of red
25 grams of red and green cayenne
3 sheets of orange leaves
1 tbsp lemongrass, thinly sliced
½ tbsp ginger, minced
Chopped 2 tsp Turmeric
½ tsp salt
8 pcs red onion
Directions
1. Marinate chicken with chicken Stock, lemon juice and salt. Let ± 15 minutes.2. Saute the spices, red and green tomatoes, scallions, and pandan leaves.
3. Add chicken, stir, then put 125 ml of hot water.
4. Put basil, stir, and cook until cooked in the cauldron.
5. Remove and serve.
