Ingredients
• 200 grams wheat flour
• 1 teaspoon instant Yeast
• Salt, to taste
• 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
• 2 grains of chicken eggs
• 500-600 ml warm liquid milk
• 50 grams margarine, melted
• Margarine to spread
Directions
1. Mix the flour, yeast and sugar and stir well. Make a hole in the middle.
2. Add the eggs, pour the milk gradually, stirring until blended and smooth. Allow the dough for 30 minutes.
3. Pour liquid margarine and salt and stir well.
4. Heat a pan, spread with margarine. Pour 1 vegetablespoon of dough, cook over medium heat until cooked.
5. Sprinkle top with cheddar cheese, remove from heat.
6. Serve warm.
