Fried Banana Sand

Ingredients

- 1 bunch horn banana , peeled,  cut into pieces
- Coarse bread flour to taste
- Cooking oil



dye:
- 100g plain flour
- 25gr rice flour
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla liquid
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 50ml water
- 1sdm refined sugar
- 100ml of liquid milk

Directions

1. Combine dye ingredients together and stir until smooth.
2. Dip bananas, then roll into coarse bread flour until evenly covered.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan, fry until golden and cooked through, serve.

Note:
For good results, use bananas that are not too old and flabby.
Bread flour can be replaced with coarse crushed cornflakes.
