Ingredients:
200 g chicken breast fillet3 pieces of fresh bread
250 ml of fresh liquid milk
1 egg
1/2 boxes of cheddar cheese, shredded
1 clove Onions, roughly chopped
3 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
Salt, sugar, pepper powder to taste
panir Flour, to taste
Chicken eggs 3 grains, beaten off
Directions
1. Soak the bread in milk, add the chicken fillet, onion and garlic and blend until smooth2. Add grated cheese and eggs that have been beaten off
3. Give seasonings to taste
4. Remove and store in a heat-resistant dish, steamed until cooked
5. Once cooked, set aside to cool for a moment
6. Once cool, cut into pieces according to taste
7. Take one piece, roll into chicken eggs, panir flour (can be repeated twice to make it more crispy). And so on until exhausted
8. Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Remove and drain
9. Ready to serve
