Chicken Dumpling

Ingredients

skin:
- 200gr flour
- 100ml warm water
- Salt to taste



Fill:
- 200gr minced chicken
- 100g minced shrimp
- Onions smooth chopped
- Spring onion smooth chopped
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 egg

Directions

1. How To Fill: Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
2. Knead the flour and salt with the water gradually until the dough is soft and smooth.
3. Allow the dough about half an hour.
4. Take the dough of a marble, trimmed dough and fill with filling.
5. Shape the dough according to taste (slug or round shape).
6. Boil water in a pan, put last dumpling cook until floating.
7. Pick up and ready to serve.

Tips: can be served with your favorite sauce
