Cah Beancurd

Ingredients

- 100 grams of chicken fillet, cut into pieces
- 150 grams of bean curd, soak, cut into pieces
- 100 grams caisim, cut into pieces
- 1 carrot, sliced diagonal
- 10 grams oyster mushrooms, soak with water
- 1 onion, cut
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- Water to taste
- Cooking oil to taste



Spices:
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon chili sauce
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon chicken-flavored stock powder

Directions

1. Heat the oil. Sauté garlic, onions until soft. Add the carrots, chicken, mushroom, seasoning. Stir well.
2. Enter the beancurd, caisim, water. Cook until done. Serve.

Serving : 5 portion
