Ingredients
150 grams of wheat flour50 grams of refined sugar
10 grams of baking powder
2 eggs
150 ml of liquid milk
60 grams of butter
Chocolate Sauce:
75 grams sugar
75 ml of water
1 vertebra cinnamon
150 grams dark cooking chocolate, cut into small pieces
2 tbsp rhum, if liked
Directions
1. Chocolate sauce: cook sugar, water and cinnamon until dissolved, remove from heat. Add dark cooking chocolate, stir until dissolved, strain. Add rhum and stir well. Remove and set aside.2. Mix the flour, sugar and baking powder and stir well. Add the eggs and milk, stirring until blended. Enter the melted butter, keep stirring until blended.
3. Heat the pan whose diameter is 10 cm. Pour the dough, cook until done, remove from heat. Do the same thing until the dough runs out.
4. Serve pancakes with chocolate sauce immediately.
Tip: it could be served with honey or ice cream
