Cheese Nastar Cookies

4 egg yolks

50 grams Cheddar cheese, grated a bit rough

Directions

Leather:

• Using a mixer mix the butter and powdered sugar until well blended and pale, and enter the egg yolks, stir again. Then put half of the grated Cheddar Cheese.

• ADD back half of the grated Cheddar cheese, and mix well.

The completion:

• Take a little dough skin. Flatten and give content with pineapple jam and shape to resemble a ball.

• Place in a baking dish that has been buttered or Cover with baking paper, give a distance from each Nastar.

• Brush the egg yolk, then sprinkle the top with grated Cheddar Cheese Kraft.

• Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ˚ C for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through
