Moon Cake

Ingredients

- Egg yolks 3 grains
- Wheat flour 300 grams
- 20 grams of milk powder, nonfat
- Simple syrup 125 grams, ready to use
- 62.5 grams of fresh butter, melted
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Wheat flour taste, for sprinkling



Fill:
- Tausa 350 grams
- Salted egg yolks 6 items

smear:
- 1 egg yolk
- 25 ml of liquid milk

How to make:
1. Combine simple syrup, melted butter and eggs and stir well.
2. Enter a mixture of flour, milk powder and baking powder.
3. Knead until smooth, let stand for 1 hour.
4. Fill dough with the egg yolk tausa and salty.
5. Sprinkle with flour.
6. Enter moon cake dough in the mold, press and condense.
7. Tap the mold on each side until the cake out of the mold.
8. Brush the top of the pastry with the egg yolk and milk mixture.
9. Bake in the oven until cooked. Remove and serve.

Serving : 6 pieces
