Ingredients
150 g unsalted butter100 g margarine
100 g sugar grained
200 g cashew nuts, toasted, finely crushed
250 g of wheat flour
Topping: mix 100 g powdered sugar, sifted 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
Directions
1. Shake butter, margarine and sugar until smooth.2. ADD smooth cashew and flour gradually while stirring until blended.
3. Round the dough, refrigerate for 1 hour.
4. Shape dough into crescent moon shapes.
5. Place on a flat baking sheet and bake in a hot oven for 160 C for 30 minutes until golden brown. Lift.
6. After a rather cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar until blended.
7. Store in a tightly lidded container.
Serving : 750 grams
