Fettucine Mushroom Cream


fettucine Mushroom Cream - whatskitchen

Ingredients

250 gr fettucini
1 ltr water
2 tablespoons cooking oil
3 pcs sausage, cut into pieces
3 pieces of bacon, cut into long thin
100 g button mushrooms, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon chopped parsley for topping



Sauce Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter, for sauteing
½ onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp plain flour
300 ml milk
½ tsp salt
30 gr grated cheddar cheese
½ tsp ground pepper
50 ml heavy cream

Directions

1. Boil water and cooking oil, fettucini stew until cooked, remove and drain.
2. Saute onion until fragrant, put the flour, stir until clumping, pour the milk while stirring.
3. Seasoning with salt, grated cheese, pepper, and heavy cream, stirring until bubbling.
4. Add sausage and bacon, stir, put stew fettuccine and mushrooms and stir well.
5. Pour into plate, sow with chopped parsley. Serve immediately.

Serving : 2 portion
