Ingredients
10 pcs chicken wings1 pcs green pepper, sliced lengthwise
1 pc onion, thinly sliced
3 pcs big red chili, sliced diagonal
50 ml of water
5 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
Cooking oil to taste
Directions
1. Sliced onions, peppers, and paprika. Set aside.2. Cut chicken wings into 3 parts. Set aside.
3. Fry the wings until slightly dry. Remove and drain.
4. Saute chicken wings, put the water, onion, chili, paprika, and Saori. Cook until sauce thickens, remove from heat and serve.
Serving : 4 portion
