Vanilla Marshmallow

Ingredients

125 ml of water
2 tsp gelatine powder
150 gr of caster sugar
1 tsp vanilla powder

Directions

1. prepared baking tray, basting with oil and then give its side covered baking paper until all
2. pour water in the pan and then sprinkle with grlatine kesil until gelatine mixed
3. water cook over low heat, add sugar and vanilla, stir until sugar and gelatin dissolve and then pour into a   large container
4. beat with mixer gelatine solution for 10 minutes until it becomes white, the volume increases and the viscous
5. flatten on the pan and wait until stiff
6. prepared baking paper on the flat surface, sprinkle cornstarch
7. flip marshmallows to the top that while released from baking paper baking paper stuck to underneath.
8. sprinkle surface with cornstarch marshmallow and shapes as desired

Serving : 150 gr
