Ingredients
4 pieces @ 100 grams of silk tofu, drained2 tablespoons butter
2 leeks, thinly sliced
Seasoning, mix together:
1 tbsp BBQ sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons Japanese soy sauce
1 clove garlic, grated
½ teaspoon pepper
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
Directions
1. Marinate chunks of tofu with seasoning until blended. Let stand for 30 minutes2. Heat the butter in a flat pan until melted. Enter tofu piece by piece follows with it seasonings.
3. Reduce the heat, and cook until browned on one side. Flip, and cook until browned on the other side. Lift.
4. Place on a serving plate. Sprinkle with scallion. Serve warm
