Ingredients
250 gr minced meat
100 g shrimp wet
30 pieces large tofu
1 egg white
1 stick of spring onion, sliced
1 tablespoon cornflour
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
salt to taste
Directions
1. Wash the Shrimp, peeled, finely chopped
2. Cut off Tofu in a triangular shape, slice the middle
3. Mixed fine Shrimp with minced meat
4. Add cornflour, egg, pepper, sliced green onion and salt to taste
5. Fill tofu one by one with the mixed meat . Then steamed until cooked
6. Make enough broth for soup, then insert the filled tofu and add the sliced green onion
7. Boil again, when it boils, remove from heat
8. If you like, add fried onions
