Ingredients
1 chicken, cut into 8 piecespuree:
2 cloves garlic
½ tsp pepper granules
2 tsp salt
seasoning:
2 tablespoons butter
75 g onions, sliced
2 tablespoons sauce Britain
1 tbsp salt soy sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice / lemon
1 tsp salt
Directions
1. Marinate chicken with seasonings until blended.2. Fry in hot and lots of oil and until dry. Remove and drain.
3. Seasoning: Saute onion until wilted.
4. Enter the seasoning, stirring until blended.
5. Enter fried chicken. Cook until flavors mingle.
6. Remove and serve warm.
Serving : 8 pieces
