Ingredients :
Filling ingredients
- 200 gr oncom
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 10 pcs cayenne pepper (as desired)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 red onion
- 2 sheets of mashed lime leaves
- 1 slice kencur
- 1 piece of shrimp paste
- Pinch of salt
Leather ingredients
- 60 grams of wheat flour
- 40 g margarine
- 100 ml of water
- 400 gr grated cassava
- 100 gr grated coconut
- 1 block instant stock
- Salt to taste
- 50 gr grated cheese
Directions
1. Create oncom filling : blend all ingredients seasoning fill , then fry until fragrant, enter oncom that have been mashed, put soy sauce, stir well, put a little water and cook until oncom cooked and rather dry, remove from heat.
2. Create a leather: boiled water and margarine until boiling, put the flour, stirring with a wooden spoon until blended and agglomerate, continues cookingwhile stirring until not sticky, remove from heat. ADD grated cassava, grated coconut and grated cheese, give instant stock and salt and stir until smooth
3. Divide the dough into 20 parts, fill it with oncom filling , rounded shapes and fried in lots of oil and heat until golden brown, remove.
4. Give the grated cheese on top of it.
5. Serve while warm.
