Ingredients
4 tablespoons butter8 beef bacon, cut into small pieces
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 cup grated cheese permesan
1/2 cup of heavy cream
1 tsp salt
black pepper to taste
450 g spaghetti
7 liters of water
Directions
1. Whipped butter to become soft.
2. Prepare a bowl, shake the eggs and egg yolks until blended. Add 1/2 cup cheese and stir well.
3. Heat the heat resistant dish in the oven.
4. Boil water and salt, cook the spaghetti until al dente and cooked.
5. Cook the pieces of beef bacon until cooked. Set aside.
6. Add half part of the butter and add the chili powder and cream. Cook over low heat.
7. Put the cooked spaghetti in a bowl that is heated. Add the remaining butter. Stir well.
8. Add the cream and bacon and cheese and scrambled egg. The heat of the spaghetti will cook the eggs.
9. Add salt and pepper to taste.
10. Serve with a sprinkling of grated cheese.
