Rainbow Macaroons

Ingredients

 Material
- 400 gr sugar
- 3 item of White Eggs
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch flour
- Color red, green, brown , etc

 Filling
- 100 g cream cheese
- 50 g Whipped Cream, whipped stiff
- Pasta strawberry, pandan, chocolate

Directions

- Shake the egg whites until fluffy, enter sugar, shake again until stiff. Enter the cornstarch and stir well.
- Divide the dough into several sections, each with its own mix coloring and stir.
- Insert dough into triangle plastic then spray on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, remove from heat, let cool.
- Filling: Mix cream cheese and whipped cream until soft, divide and give pasta to taste.
- Take 1 pc macaroon, spray fill material, cover again with the same colored macaroon. Serve.

Serving : 15 pieces
