Chicken Corn Schotel

Ingredients

5 bread torn apart
150 g sweet corn
150 gr diced poached chicken
50 gr of green and red peppers diced
200 cc of liquid milk
150 cc chicken stock
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
3 cloves of garlic chopped
3 eggs shaken
50 gr grated cheese
2 tablespoons margarine


Directions

1. Saute garlic with margarine, put all the ingredients. simmer, stir briefly, remove from heat.
2. Add the eggs, mix well
3. Pour into a fire resistant dish that has been spread with margarine
4. Topping with grated cheese. Bake about 50 degrees with heat for 15 minutes

Serving : 6 portion
