Javanese Steak

Ingredients

500 grams of beef distinctive in
2 tablespoons butter

Fine  Seasoning 
4 cloves garlic 
1 teaspoon of pepper 
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 
1 tablespoon soy sauce 

 Sauce Ingredients 
2 tablespoons butter for sauteing
1/2 onion, sliced thin
200 ml of water
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon salt soy sauce
2 tablespoons cornstarch solution

Complement Beefsteak Java 
Carrots, cut 4 parts boiled 
Beans, cut into 5 cm, trimmed 
French fries

Directions

1. Cut the meat 5 x 1 cm, hit so that soft. Marinate spices, with let stand for 1 hour.
2. Heat the butter, grilled beef until both surfaces cooked. Set aside.
3. Make the sauce: Heat the butter, stir fry onion until fragrant, enter the water, vinegar, sugar, salt, soy sauce, salt soy sauce, stir until boiling. Thicken with cornstarch solution, stir, and remove from heat.
