Rainbow Cake

Ingredients

12 chicken eggs
6 egg yolks
350 grams of sugar
40 grams Cake Emulsifier
225 grams of wheat flour that has been sifted
175 grams of butter
Simple Syrup, Butter Cream, chocolate / chocolate granules meses colorful.
Food dye Red, Orange, Blue, Green, Purple and Yellow.

Directions

1. Mix and shake the eggs, egg yolks, sugar and emulsifier until white and stiff
2. Enter the flour, then enter the already melted butter. stir slowly
3. Divide the dough into 6 parts. Give each dough with pasta colors: Red, Orange, Blue, Green, Purple and    Yellow.
4. Insert each about 2-3 cm thick batter into the round pan a diameter of about 20 cm.
5. Bake the dough one by one into the hot oven to about 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.
6. Remove from the pan and allow to cool.
7. Spread each cake with simple syrup, then spread with butter cream.
8. Arrange all the cake with customized color sequence (example red, purple, yellow, green, blue and orange)
9. Rub the entire surface of the cake with butter cream and garnished with chocolate or chocolate granules / meses colorful.
10. Rainbow Cake ready to serve.
