Pukis Cake

Ingredients

180 ml coconut milk
½ tbsp instant yeast
60 ml warm water
100 grams of sugar
3 grains chicken eggs
150 grams of wheat flour



Directions

1. Boil the coconut milk until boiling, stirring so that coconut milk is not broken, remove and let stand until warm.
2. Mix yeast with warm water, stirring until bubbly.
3. Mix the eggs and sugar until it becomes thick and fluffy.
4. Add the flour little by little while stirring until dough is smooth.
5. Add water yeast solution. Stir until dough is smooth.
6. Pour the coconut milk, stirring until smooth. Then let stand for about 15 minutes.
7. Heat the pukis mold over medium heat, basting with a little vegetable oil or margarine.
8. Pour the dough into the hole of pukis mold until almost full.
9. Wait until cooked and dry edges. Then lift pukis and serve.

Serving : 20 pieces


Tips:
1. For filling variations, before the surface of the cake dries , sprinkle with meises, grated cheese, raisins or chopped peanuts that have been roasted.
2. To get the dough with a variety of flavors, such as chocolate, the way is add pasta dough with 1 teaspoon cocoa and 1 tablespoon cocoa powder to get a  pukis cake with brown color and chocolate taste.
3. If you do not have pukis mold , you can also use lumpur cake molds.
