Mashroom Cream Soup

Ingredients

1 tbsp butter
30 g onions, chopped
250 g champignon mushrooms, thinly sliced
1 tbsp wheat flour
250 ml of liquid milk
100 ml fresh cream
1 piece of bay leaf
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon powder nutmeg
1 tsp salt
100 g smoked chicken, cut into small pieces

Complement:
Garlic Bread
Grated Cheddar cheese

Directions


1• Saute onion until fragrant.
2• Add mushrooms, stir to wilt and turn brown color.
3• Sprinkle with flour, stirring until blended and browned.
4• Pour the milk, mix well and boil. Lift.
5• Put it in a blender, process until smooth.
6• Pour into the pan.
7• Add cream and seasonings, simmer until thick.
8• Add smoked chicken, stir until boiling. lift

Tips: Serve soup with Garlic Bread and grated cheddar cheese.
