Ingredients
- 15 sheets of spring roll skin
- 400 g sweet potatoes, peeled, boiled
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Cooking oil to taste
- 50 ml of flour
Complement:
- Refined Sugar, Cinnamon powder
Directions
1. Peel and boil sweet potatoes.
2. Puree the parsnip , add sugar, salt and stir well, put raisins.
3. Fill the dough into the spring roll skin until exhausted, roll and Glue with a solution of flour.
4. Fried spring rolls until golden brown, remove from heat and serve with complementary.
Serving : 15 pieces
