Ingredients
100 grams cold unsalted butter
25 grams of margarine
50 grams of sugar flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 egg whites
30 grams of sugar
100 grams of Cheddar Cheese, grated, winds
125 grams low protein flour
Direction
1. Shake the unsalted butter, margarine, flour and sugar 15 minutes until white. Set aside.
2. Add flour and milk powder alternately while sifted and mix evenly. Add Cheddar Cheese. Stir to spread. Set aside.
3. Mix egg whites with salt until half fluffy. Enter the sugar gradually while shaken until fluffy.
4. Enter into the flour mixture while stirring. Put it in a plastic triangle.
