Ingredients
a. Material A
- 250 gr sugar
- 250 gr sugar
- 6 egg yolks grains
- 2 egg white grains
- 1 teaspoon Cake emulsifier (SP)
- 300 grams of wheat flour
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 200 gr grated coconut
b. Material B
- 2 drops of pandan Pasta
- 100 gr ripe jackfruit, thinly sliced
Directions
- Mix the eggs and sugar until soft, put SP, mix again until fluffy.
- Add flour and milk alternately, mix well
- Add ingredients B, mix well again.
- Rub putu ayu mold with cooking oil, insert coconut shavings in the bottom of mold than push it.
- Pour the dough up to 3/4 mold. Steamed ± 15 minutes. Lift and serve.
Serving : 20 pieces
