Potato Lumpur Cake

Kue Lumpur- whatskitchen

Ingredients

- 100 gr steamed potatoes, mashed
- 125 gr Margarine
- 250 ml of water
- 150 gr flour
- 150 gr sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 7 btr Eggs
- 250 ml coconut milk
- 100 gr Raisins
- 1 item of  Coconut, dredging wide

Directions

- Boil water and margarine.
- Enter sugar, flour and salt. Stir until bubbling.
- Lift and enter the potatoes and stir well.
- Add the eggs one at a time as she whipped until blended.
- Pour the coconut milk and stir well.
- Heat the cake pan and pour the batter Lumpur.
- After a half-baked, sprinkle raisins and coconut degan (young coconut)

Suggestion :
Topping can be replaced with a cheese, chocolate or other fruits

Serving : 20 pieces
